The best experience I’ve had with renting a place. The people that help you move in are super friendly and informative, they all deserve a box of 6 original glazed krispey kreme doughnuts each. the whole process is super quick and efficient. I must admit I am sad to be leaving. I have had no issues with the room I have been using with rooms in Kent. From the moment I needed a place to stay Laura ensured that I got what I needed and explained everything in detail (as I was new to the country and its policies with regards to tenancy). I especially liked the Occupant app as it made it easier to informed the manager of issues. Any issues lodged would be promptly attended to and the manager is readily available. If only what I required was offered by R.I.K I'd still be a tenant but alas. I would definitely recommend R.I.K.

I lived in a house of Rooms in Kents for nearly 3 years, recently moved into my own place. Whilst I was there they always looked after you, hassle-free, did anything to make you feel at home and sorted any issues promptly... not that there ever was many, if any problems at all! I was treated fairly and when it came to leaving, they were accommodating with checkout appointments and the deposit was paid back quickly with no issues. All in all, I would highly recommend!
